Cognitive-Communication Rehabilitation & Functional Reintegration for Adults

Thank you for considering Clear Communication Works as a trusted resource for your patients.

I partner with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and community providers to support adults experiencing persistent cognitive-communication challenges that continue to affect daily life, work, and participation after neurological injury, illness, or executive dysfunction.

Many individuals have completed acute or outpatient rehabilitation and are medically stable, yet continue to experience communication, cognitive, or executive functioning difficulties that interfere with everyday activities.

Clear Communication Works was created to support this often-overlooked stage of recovery.

The Reclaim Framework™

Care is guided by The Reclaim Framework™, a structured, evidence-based therapy framework designed to help adults:

  • Recover communication following neurological change.

  • Reorganize cognitive and executive functioning through practical strategies.

  • Rebuild confidence and participation in everyday life.

Rather than focusing solely on isolated therapy tasks, treatment emphasizes meaningful communication and cognitive performance in real-world environments, including home, work, and community participation.
