Clear Communication Works operates as a private‑pay practice. Rates vary by service type to reflect the level of specialization and the structure of each offering. HSA/FSA cards are accepted for all eligible (medically necessary)services.

Evaluations

All services begin with a separate evaluation to understand your goals, patterns, and the most appropriate plan of care.

Voice & Upper Airway Evaluation Comprehensive assessment of voice use, upper airway coordination, and tension patterns. Rate: $225

Functional Communication Evaluation Assessment of communication patterns, confidence, social‑pragmatic skills, and daily communication needs. Rate: $175

Myofunctional / Oral‑Facial Habit Evaluation (coming soon) Functional assessment of oral‑facial habits, rest posture, breathing coordination, and stability patterns. Rate: $300–$325

**An evaluation kit may be required and shipped to you prior to your appointment. Kit cost is added to the evaluation fee.

Voice & Upper Airway Therapy

For adults and teens seeking support with voice use, upper airway coordination, chronic cough/PVFM patterns, or tension‑related voice concerns.

Individual Therapy Session (45–60 minutes) Rate: $150

Short Session (20–30 minutes, if clinically appropriate) Rate: $85

Voice packages are also available (Evaluation + 4-6 therapy sessions)

Functional Communication Therapy

For adults and teens seeking support with communication confidence, ADHD‑related communication patterns, social‑pragmatic skills, or functional daily communication.

Individual Therapy Session (45–60 minutes) Rate: $135

Short Session (20–30 minutes) Rate: $75

Myofunctional Programs & Habit Retraining (Coming Soon)

Myofunctional services are offered through structured online programs designed to support oral‑facial habits, rest posture, breathing coordination, and functional stability. Your specific program is recommended after your evaluation.

Program fees vary based on program length, format, and level of support.

4‑Week Group Programs Weekly live sessions + daily practice Typical Range: $325–$550

6‑Week Teen Programs Weekly live sessions + parent support Typical Range: $395–$650

3–4 Session Micro‑Programs Targeted 1:1 support Typical Range: $375–$600

Hybrid Programs 1:1 intake + group + optional check‑ins Typical Range: $450–$900

Foundations Mini‑Program Two sessions or mini‑course Typical Range: $125–$250

1:1 Check‑In (20–25 minutes) Rate: $ 75

1:1 Session (45–60 minutes) Rate: $150

Insurance

Clear Communication Works is in‑network with a limited number of insurance plans for medically necessary voice and communication therapy. Coverage depends on your plan, deductible, and diagnosis.

Myofunctional programs are private‑pay and typically not covered by insurance.

If you wish to use insurance for eligible services, I’m happy to help you understand what may or may not be covered under your plan.

Superbills

Superbills are available for eligible services upon request. Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed.

Payment

Payment is due before or at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include:
